Social leadership or Political leadership, which way Nigeria?

First I'm of the support of Social leadership as against political leadership. What is social leadership in the first instance? Social leadership is tied to morality, ethics and the leader’s sense of duty towards society whilst others consider it to be how deftly a person can employ their social and emotional skills to lead others.

Political on the other hand is guided by Law which employs some people to lead and by the provision of the constitution. Social leadership is an example of the egalitarian system of governance employed by the pre-colonial administration of the igbo land in which the older and the younger groups took it upon themselves to serve the community. 
Social leadership means to devote one’s life and talents to improving society regardless of social standing, wealth, or privilege and Political leadership should be for the improvement of the society too but in real sense, especially in Nigeria, Political leaders are not devoted to improving the society. I think Social leadership lead by sense of humanity, guilt conscience and for the sake of belonging. 

Political leads by constitution guide so it is somehow different. Social leadership is always unofficial while Political leadership is always a ceremonial leadership. Under the heat of this argument we have the likes of Funmilayo Ransome Kuti of blessed memory who is a social leader and an activist whilst all her agitations will forever remain etched in the sands of time, Chief Sunday Adeyemo aka Igboho is also a social leader but we can't overlook the fact that social leadership saved the Pre-colonial igbo land from the success of the British imposed indirect rule. Social leadership is more or less of volunteering and see the progress of NGOs around trying to make impact all around. 

Maybe if Nigeria can take a break to allow social leadership leaving the people to protect themselves and govern without having them put their trust in people who betray them in the name of constitutional and political governing, maybe Nigeria will have a lead.
